What version of Windows 7 do you run? you may be able to get away with installing and Using Window XP mode.

I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. But, I'm not actually looking for something like that, I'm trying to actually have a dual-boot setup.

The problem you're going to encounter, is the fact you're installing XP, AFTER 7. To do a dual boot system, you need to install the OLDER OS FIRST, due to the way the boot loader works. There is a work around, but you need to mess with the boot loader and that's not something I'd recommend unless you're incredibly experienced with PCs.
