Hi everyone,

I recently(ish) bought a Logitech G35 headset (Brand new) and I've been having a few issues with it:

1; In Stereo mode sound seems to be louder in the right speaker, and in certain games (Arma II for example) some sounds only play through the right speaker.

2; In 7:1 mode there is some minor crackling which is more noticeable during ambient sounds in games.

3; It requires unplugging and plugging back in on every boot-up

I've tried using all the USB ports on the PC, both USB 2.0 and 3.0, and my Logtiech Software is the most recent version to this date. Though I have tried downgrading it a few patches and still the same issues. I am currently using a Logitech G19 and G13 which share the same Software and I've had no issues with either of them.

So I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem, or perhaps knows how to fix it?

Thanks in advance

-Steven

hmm... Sounds like it might me a driver issue or something try the following:

Reinstall Drivers (for the G35)

Update BIOS

Update SoundCard drivers otherwise update on board sound drivers

Does the problem persist on different computers? If yes: "We must reformat and reload" Solves everything but really try everything you can think of.

Try talking to one of Logitech's support representatives as a last resort see if you can RMA it maybe it is a damaged model or something. I've heard GREAT things about there support so try it. Can't hurt.

I've reinstalled the Drivers for the headset 4-5 times now, I've updated the BIOS, the motherboard drivers are all up to date, and I recently reinstalled Windows so I'm reluctant to go through it again. And I bought it from Amazon, so I'm not sure Logitech will take a RMA on it. Though I will try their support team, could get lucky. Thanks

You can send it back to Amazon and skip logitech service altogether - much easier they tell you send it back heres your label etc. and your product is on its way
