Gaming build plan

Hello,

I'm planning a gaming build right now. I have most of the parts set up for now, but I need help with some parts:

GPU: Should I pick the 780Ti or Dual 770s?

HSF: Should I go for Noctua NH-D15 or NH-U14S? Or perhaps a water cooling option such as the H80i?

SSD and HDD: I want to have about 128GB of SSD storage and 4TB of HDD storage. Any specific ones I should go for?

PSU: I'm not sure which one to pick. I could use some help with that.

Case: This one is a real problem, since I don't have much room. My current case is 50cm (19.68 inches) high. Pictures attached. I can't take a full tower because of that. Any suggestions?

The rest of the build is as following:

CPU: Intel i7 4790K

Motherboard: Asus Z97-PRO

RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ares

OS: Windows 8.1

I can spend about 1800USD.

I also want to buy a monitor, but that isn't urgent. My current monitor is working perfectly, but it's 1280*1024 and I want to upgrade to 1920*1080.

Thanks!

SLI 780 Ti's won't even fit in your budget...

Not SLI 780Ti, only one. It's either a single 780Ti or two 770's in SLI.

Thanks!

Oh, and should I take 2*2TB or 4*1TB HDDs?

Whatever's cheaper. Go for Barricudas if you want to save money (they're fine IMO) or WD Caviar Blacks/Reds if you want performance.

Thanks everyone!

I decided to go with 780Ti, Samsung 840 Pro, 2x Seagate Barracuda, SeaSonic SSR-750RM (for the gold efficiency), NH-D15, and the NZXT H440.

Just one last question:

Will the NH-D15 fit in the H440?
