Need help in planning for a $700 budget gaming pc

Number 29

Hi there, I would like to build a pc sometime soon with a budget of $700 to around ~750 if needed, I'm having issues trying to find parts that would be good for gaming, and maybe live streaming if I ever get around to that. If you could help any at all it would be much appreciated! I'm not really lenient towards either AMD or Intel either one works, and is probably much better than what I'm using now. :P

One more thing, will I be able to support adding on 2 additional 120mm fans for the front intake?

as long as you have space in the front of the case and the extra fan headers definitely

the mobo has 1 cpu fan header, 2 system, and 1 power fan header. Am I able to plug a case fan into a power fan header?

ugh no you could only add one additional (id recommend adding it in the front as intake) then however you could get a cheap fan hub for around $40~ in the future
