CPU+mobo+OS for less than 400?

So, I've decided to upgrade/build a new PC. I will be using it for school (networking security) so I want something that's a quad core. I am deciding between a 4670/4690 and something like a 4440 (for cheapness, the less the price the better)

I do want to game on it, but I don't care about overclocking. My biggest concern is what would be the "best" motherboard for gaming, for less than 100 bucks? single gpu is fine but dual sli capable would be nice (not sure if that's available for less than 100) I just want to switch to a cpu that can handle more stuff going on at once, as this A10 5700 fm2 APU maxes out too easily from what I can tell,

I will be reusing all of the old components from my current PC which are

EVGA GTX660 FTW edition

Seasonic X-series 750w 80+Gold

Samsung 840 Pro 120gig SSD

WD Black 7200rpm 1tb 3.5in HDD

Noctua Single 140mm air cooler

I was looking for a good cpu/mobo combo, like a b85 or b87 chipset, something cheap thats stable and will work very well.

8320 and a 990Fx UD3 or 4690K and a G55 SLI, you can get a windows key for about 20$ on G2a

G55? can't find that chipset for some reason.

I don't need a 4690K, I'm not overclocking. And I'm not going with anything else from AMD, I want intel.

Because I don't need to, I'm trying to save money and overclockable cards are more expensive.

If you are trying to save money then get an 8320 and UD3

I'm upgrading to get away from AMD, I need something with more power for non gaming tasks for IT schoolwork.
