Mouse stutters in gameplay

Hello. I have this wireless mouse that I ordered somewhere on Ebay like 1 year ago and been playing games fine with it. But this week it's been acting up and stuff and this really affects my CS:GO gameplay because I'm a hardcore 360 quickskoper and i pwn those kids with the AKs.

 

In all seriousness lol, idk if this is my setup's fault or not. Here are the specs

 

- HD 7750

 

- A6-5400k

 

- Some logisys PSU.

 

- XMS3 4gb 1333mhz of RAM

 

- Gigabyte A55M something

Change the battery ?? is it a bluetooth mouse or soemthing?

Mousepad's fine. I change the batteries frequently(once per 2 months, and just changed it like last week). Yep, it's bluetooth. Honestly, I think it is the mouse's problem. I'll get a new one.
