What version of windows are you running? If you're on 8.1, it's already built into the OS. (don't know about 7/8)

Is there any free software for putting 2 taskbars on a dual monitor setup ?

Displayfusion and Ultramon are some of the better ones..

 

I personally like Ultramon better.

They cost money

I have 8.1, but it's not working, do you need to activate it
