eBay selling techniques

APrettyCoolWalrus

My old HP Pavilion dv6 was put up on eBay a week ago and the bidding ended not 20 minutes ago. Only 2 people watched the laptop and there were no bids. How do I maximize my chances of selling the laptop? Any suggestions please!

If you can, take high key pictures of it (completely white background). If you can't do this, try to take very 'sexy' pictures of it to attract buyers. Create a thorough and thoughtful description of the item and try to sound professional. Free shipping would probably help, and it's only like ~10-15$ to ship a laptop (just sold one a few days ago).

I usually make sure the listing has a lot of High quality photos and a very good and detailed description, haven't seen yours so I'm not sure what else to say. Free shipping is always a good one.

But that's usually what I do and I don't have a problem selling my stuff.

Part of the issue might be the item itself, how old is it? Cuz most PCs don't have good resale value,

Haha great suggestions. I don't even know if any of these would work because the laptop's got a shit AMD dual core CPU. It's got 6GB of RAM though. People still think more RAM means Power, right?

Gumtree is better for selling cheap computers at expensive prices, although you do run the risk of getting punched in the face.

By the way, you better stop camping in my base and killing my dudes you little noob.
