I can't seem to get my processor stable, because Prime keeps freezing about 4.5 hours into  testing. Can freezing in Prime 95 be caused by too much voltage?

I dont know what happens to your prime, but i can recommend another program to stress test you cpu if the problem would happen to be prime, Try Intel Burn test

Each chip has a different potential for overclocking. Perhaps you're pushing yours too far that even a ridiculous voltage is not gonna make it stable.
