Can I oc without changing volts? I am getting a new cheap mobo and cpu. Can I oc my Amd Athlon x4 760K 3,8ghz too 4Ghz without adjusting the volts? I heard the mobo - ASUS A88XM-A -doesnt support volts adjustement

Depends on if you win the silicon lottery or not.  Some will be stable enough, others, no.
