Source for server racks?

I am starting to look at server racks, but right now my searching is limited to what Newegg has in stock. Can someone suggest a good source for quality racks?

 

This is the one I'm looking at right now. I wouldn't need more than 12U, and would prefer one that can hold a good deal of weight. I don't need locking doors

You can buy the steel supports for quite cheap. If you have a welder you could easily build a much longer lasting one than those cheap racks.

Unfortunately that's not an option. I live in an apartment, and don't know anybody who can weld or even has the equipment.
