Cracking audio during video playback, sound blaster X-Fi Titanitum

Ok, so I'm getting really anoyed by the cracking noises when im watching videos, I don't notice it when playing music from spotify.

 

The thing is I just dont know where the problem is, with the soundcard, the software for it or the video player.. :/

 

I have tried another video player and tried if it helps using headphones, but its pretty much the same.. Anyone have any ideas?
