Alternative to Define R4?

Is there a good alternative to a define r4, prices have gone back up from about £60 to £90 for a windowed one, which is a bit over my budget and if I'm getting to that price I'd save a bit more for a 760T.

I just need something I can fit a blueray burner and has a window, water cooling would be a nice possibility.

Can't live without one, use it as a blueray player and hate installing anything of a flash drive, every flash drive I've had has failed and I have a lot of photos/artwork I store in 3 separate locations.
