So in the description is says this

"This is a brand new code or e-license that will sent to you by ebay, the images are for ilustratrion purposes only..."

 

Does that mean ebay will send me the code instantly or the sell is going to through ebay? because i dont remember ebay ever having an option to have it send the code once the item is bought.

Looks like it'd be fine. I think he'll likely just send it to you himself.

Especially since there's so many positive buyers already, and no one seems to be complaining.

 

It'd be sweet if you could log the code with eBay, they verify it, and that's the only way they accept the listing. 

If that's not how they do it now someone should pitch it to them..

True but look how long Ebay has been online, I'm not saying he's definitely a scam artist, but it's harder to believe someone who has elss than 100 feedback on Ebay, those 37 positive feedback he has could be all planned by him somehow (not saying this is the case 100%) but you get what I mean..
