Just bought an 212 evo and im getting 60 to 70~ at 4.4ghz 1.229v with prime95 could i push it further? im using the pre -settings the bios has btw asrock z87 extreme 4

Those temperatures are fine, how long did you test?

Those seem good, at 100% I think my highest was 68c maybe less.

about 5-6 min i think it stayed around 62-3ish mostly

I get about the same temps @ 1.35V and with custom loop water cooling so yes, those temps are fine.

I think they are safe temps, so yeah you can push it another 0.1/0.2 ghz.

 

My load temps after 30mins are about 76c and thats the max I was willing to go .

4.5  at 1.278 run prime95 about 20 mins max temp 73  stays around 68ish guess its stable should i change the core volate to adaptive mode or it affecets the stability ?

Adaptive mode with prime95 is bad idea. You have to use some other stress tester for that.
