will i get bottleneck if i upgrade my rig?

im thinking to buy gigabyte gtx 760 rev 2.0, xfx 550w core edition. so i would like to know if will iget a bottleneck with these components. i dont know much about bottleneck so pls help

my rig now (i bought this pc about one year ago

8GB DDR3

amd a10-5700

asus fm2 f2a85-m

my friend said that if im going with the amd a10-5700 and the gtx 760 it will bottleneck quite bit so i dunno if i overclock my cpu will it be better?
