Corsair HG10 on r9 290x with MSI TwinFrozr?

Hi! I have an MSI r9 290x gaming GPU, with MSI's TwinFrozr IV cooling. However, I'm looking at water cooling solutions to make the card more quiet, and the Corsair HG10 with a quiet water cooler looks like a great option. However, Corsair lists only the reference 290x card as compatibe. Do you think it'll work with MSI's TwinFrozr cards?

If Corsair's HG10 doesn't work, what alternatives would you suggest? The NZXT Kraken G10 looks great aesthetically, but it seems like it does a bad job at cooling anything but the core itself, leaving the VRAM and such pretty hot.

Well if the card has a reference board it's compatible, but I don't think it is. You could get the G10 and some heatsinks for the VRAM and VRM:
