Is there any way how to deactivate the temp folder, since it just destroys my ssd (ok with 3000 rewrite cycles it takes a bit but anyway) and some data isnt automatically deleted, since most people have more than 4Gb ram, it wont be a problem having it stored there (I got 16Gb :P)

Just google how to change temp folder location and move it to your hard drive.

I am not really sure if it is possible to use temp folder in ram unless you make a ramdisk.

I MEAN, deactivate it completely, there is no rreason why the pc should save data on the ssd when there is enough Ram available

It isn't same thing. Temp file is for image thumbnails, preview pics etc. You can reduce amount of those from system settings. I think you are mixing pagefile and temp. Pagefile is which assists RAM. You can move that to HDD if you want. I don't know if you can select place for temp folder same way.
