Which AIO water cooling kit for Arc Midi R2?

So I am planning on a new computer build in an arc midi r2 and I was wondering what is the best AIO water colling kit I can fit in there?

The mobo I will probably be using is the asus maximus VII hero (z97) with corsair vengeance ram.

Noise is also a factor so I don't want anything too loud.

Thanks in advance!

Swiftech H220? Are you looking for a 120/140mm or 240/280mm radiator kit?

I am looking for a 240/280mm as long as it fits.

Corsair H100i or the NZXT Kraken X60.

@Aristos

welcome to the Linus Tech Tips forums!

all AIO have some noise tolerance to deal with. the best is the

swiftech H220/cooler master glacer 240L. next down would be the nzxt x60/61

but can be roof mounted , but will need a 2second mod.

easiest to install are the 240mm AIO (H100/i, H105, 240M, etc..)

to the noise issue, the more you heat the coolant, the more fan speed you

need to dissipate the heat. with more fan speed, you get fan noise. so

depending on your overclocking skills, silicone lottery, and tolerance to noise,

a fan change can help in that noise area, but at a possible cost of temperatures.

Thanks!

Well I think I am going to go with the H100i since it is the cheapest and I don't believe it will make a huge difference from any other AIO.

Also what is your experience with the Corsair Link? Is it easy to use and does it work well in controlling fan speeds?

Corsair Link is a novel approach to monitoring and fan control. great for the

novice user. but most tend to drop the Link and use either the motherboard

for fan control and other smaller appz to monitor the temperatures. if the

latter is true, then the H105 (thicker radiator) would be another consideration.
