Can i get the same performance with a Gtx 780 by overclocking as with a Gtx 780 ti ?

No, they are a different architecture and no matter what over clock you do on the 780 it will not match a 780ti.

No, they are a different architecture and no matter what over clock you do on the 780 it will not match a 780ti. 

No they are both based on the Kepler achritecture. The 780ti has 2880 cuda cores enabled and the 780 has 2304.

You could potentially reach STOCK 780 Ti performance. But you won't find yourself beating a 780 Ti OC'd.

Unless you get one BEAST 780, like the most golden MSI lightning sample that has ever been being liquid cooled, nope you can't OC 780 to equal a stock 780 ti.

Not only are they the same architecture, they are the same core.... the 780 ti has more cores enabled.

You guys are correct and I am dead wrong, I honestly have no idea what I was thinking about when I made that post.
