Weird CS:GO Microphone Problem

So recently while playing Counter Strike GO people have told me that my microphone is really unclear. People tell me that when I speak they can't hear a thing in game but when speaking to friends on Skype / team speak everything is fine. I have tested it myself using the Skype echo test, steams microphone test in the settings and even the sound recorder with windows but it sounds completely normal. I have tried lowering my microphone volume in Steam settings but that failed.

I have the Plantronics Gamecom 780. Has this happend to anyone else? Everyone i asks says they haven't ever heard of such a thing. Could it be a problem with CS? Thanks for any feedback.

I hope not . Every competitive match i play there is at least one person complaining.

It says that Plantronics Gamecon is selected so it is the right one.

CS GO just butchers the mic audio anyways.

People that sound clear on TS are almost not understandable in game.

Maybe there's a setting to adjust this somewhere?

There aren't really any microphone settings that i can find in game. Are there any settings i can adjust with the dev console or maybe through Windows?

No idea man... I was just asking the question. I find most people sound horrible in CS.
