Hi!

I'm in need of a new mouse and the one I'm currently using is the wireless Logitech MX1100 which I absolutely love.  Unfortunately the left button has gone bad and it doesn't register double clicks as easily anymore.  I'm trying to purchase the same discontinued model again but the prices for a new genuine article with dual batteries ones are outrageous.  Ebay is selling new  knock off ones called the MX1100 wave pro with single battery and usb charging capability with the receiver not included.  I would have bought five of them back then if I knew what I know now to last me a lifetime...LOL!!  I don't understand why all the hardcore wireless mice sold by Logitech these days are all gaming ones with crappy battery life and faulty software/hardware that can't remember assigned buttons.  All I want from Logitech is a mouse with the body of the G700s but with the battery life of the MX1100.   I guess it's too much to ask.  It seems like Logitech don't even care for their non gaming market anymore.  The G602 comes close but that one is bereft of a switchable hyperscroll/tilt wheel.  Not long ago I bought the g700s which in terms of construction quality and function was perfect but IT being a gaming mouse, I had to swap the rechargeable batteries on an almost daily basis.  But what really got me before returning it back to amazon was the constant reset of the assigned buttons after every battery swap.

so does anybody know where I can buy a genuine Logitech dual battery mx1100 for a reasonable price? not that wave pro crap sold on ebay

thanks and sorry for my bad English.

I have the Steelseries Rival. If you are right-handed, you are going to love it.

For me, it fits perfectly (I have about medium sized hands). It has two buttons on the left side, and one on the top.

Take a look at it too. Unfortunately, if you wanted it, it isn't wireless...

thanks for  quick reply guys.

these functions are imperative:

1) wireless

2) two function buttons located next to the left click button like the dpi switcher of g700s series and multiple thumb buttons.

3) switchable hyperscroll and tilt wheel
