iPhone dead pixel

79wjd

Any idea of Apple will replace an iPhone if there's a dead pixel? (8 months old)

Before all the iPhone hate.... I've always had android, but current devices are uncomfortable to use with one hand, hence me getting an iPhone.

Not unless you have AppleCare+.

If you bring it to the Genius bar and beg they might. They often do if it's your first time. I'd like to see Google do that...

EDIT: Actually if it's still under warranty then I think it would qualify as a manufacturing defect. Bring it to an Apple store and see what they say.

Well they replaced my iPad mini Retina when it had a dead pixel, so I don't see why not. :)

That is strange. Test it with some blank white pictures on Google Images.

I'm nearly positive they WILL replace it, as Apple devices come with a 1 year AppleCare from the factory. My iPhone 4 fell out of my pocket on a roller coaster, believe it or not, and was basically smashed. Took it to the apple store, walked out with a brand new phone in 20 minutes. Apple really stands behind their products. Check out Mrthaibox123 or Adams Vlogs on YouTube. They are channels from the same person but he really explains why he loves apple so much and I agree
