Copy files with a new date stamp?

Hi,

 

I want to copy a bunch of files to a thumb drive.  However, I want the date stamp to be changed to the date and time I copied the files - not the original creation date of the file.  How does one do this?

 

It seems that all the help I can find on the interwebs is people with the exact opposite problem.  

 

Any ideas?

I discovered that I can mass time stamp files to whatever I want using Bulk Rename Utility.
