nvidia 4200m performance ?

I'm wanting a new laptop its a dell latitude with a 2nd gen i5 and 4gb of ram. I will be needing it for school work but I would also like to be able to game on it; fifa and skyrim , will I be able to run the games at all as the laptop is fairly cheap (E6420)

Maybe 15-30 fps on skyrim at 720p low settings. When you say second gen i5 I assume you mean intel HD 2500 graphics on the chip, right?
