USB 3.0 Not Working (Drivers Installed)

So I recently built a pc and the usb 3.0 is not working. In bios it is enabled and in bios it sees the devices but when checked in windows they are not there. We're running an asrock Fm2a78M-HD+ which supports usb 3.0. Also the usb 3.0 on the actual motherboard is not working. If you need any more specs just ask.

More details please. Does the board have the USB ports in the back, or are they internal connectors? Also what case are you using?

The board has the USB ports in the back and we are using the corsair carbide spec-02. Thanks!

There is a simple solution. Install "AMD all in 1 driver"  from the motherboard disc. And you can get XFast USB 3.0 working too if you download utility from AsRock
