I don't believe it came with any PCI-E cables, just VGA. What am I supposed to hook up the graphics card with? GTX 780Ti.

I have those exact parts in my build, I can help confirm how I connected it up in a few hours once I get home. Anyone else feel free to swoop in and answer this before me xD

It should come with 4 x 6 + 2 Pin PCI-E and 2 x 6 Pin PCI-E

Yeah I thought the PSU came with the appropriate cables, but I bought the EVGA GTX 780Ti and that may have come with Power connectors as well. I can snag some photos of the parts at home of that helps.

Why would a power supply come with a VGA cable? #logic

The different connectors on that power supply are labeled because it is fully modular. The ones that are meant to be dedicated to video cards were labeled "VGA". That stands for "Video Graphic Array", doesn't necessarily refer to the standardized display adapter that's inferior to DisplayPort and DVI.

Just look through the VGA-labeled cables until you find the one that has the pin config mentioned here. They won't be labeled PCI-E if I remember correctly.
