Im trying to improve my FPS on dayz SA, and when im actually in game my GPU load never goes above around 70%.. And the perf cap reason in GPU-Z says Util. Can somebody explain to me what that means, And when i get into the menu on dayz my gpu load goes up to 99% with the perfcap reason being power.

Im not entirely sure but from what you said this is what i think.

your GPU has enough RAM and speed etc to process fast enough that only 70% is being used.

and the performance cap is due to your PSU not having enough power to allow your GPU to work at full power, or your GPU voltages is forced or just is lower then GPU-z says it should be thus performing lower.

What Motherboard, GPU, CPU and RAM do you have?    Maybe your CPU or something is throttling it due to its Utilization

I now know it means Limited by gpu utilization, can somebody explain to me why this is happening?

I dont know.  IF the CPU and GPU are working together for graphics, since your CPU had integrated GPU then maybe that is throttling the GPU.

You can try to go in BIOS and find the display area and Force or use PCI slot and not integrated etc and see if that helps.

This is what i found online

"You will always be performance capped for one reason or another. The video card won't boost to infinity. Perfcap reason isn't a warning; it's information.

The perfcap reason doesn't lock you into a fixed GPU utilization. It only informs you about your current boost state.
As said, if you have high GPU utilization while just sitting idle, you have malware stealing work from you or you have something like folding@home installed on your computer and forgot about it.."

I will try and disable integrated graphics as you suggested.
