SC 2 price drop question

Well Blizzard permanently cut the price of SC2 WoL and HotS to 20$ (or 20 Euro in the EU ) but that is probably for the digital edition, because in every retailer's store there is no change in price. So a couple of questions regarding this, first any idea when or if there is going to be a price drop in retail stores and secondly, not related that much, is there going to be a big gaming convention soon where Blizz may announce Legacy of the Void?

May be they'll release a 'Battlechest' Edition once Legacy of the Void is released.
