Budget $600-$700 Canadian Rig

DavePC

My friend is building a rig in order to improve his experience mostly on free-to-plays, but probably will also break into some more demanding PC games, as hes been on a Laptop with an Intel iGPU, he's decided to move up.

(I have to update both part lists, so just general feedback would be awesome)

Any thoughts on these systems? ($600)

We happen to live in Canada, so thats $700. < See you used canadian pcpartpicker, nevermind

Taxes of 13% and usually parts are marked up by like ~$30 so yeah, thats kinda a issue.

EDIT: He may be able to raise his budget, hold on
