What are throttle/high temps for an i5 4690k?

Intel always put 100-105 ºC for throttle

Max. safe temp is ~73 ºC tho

It shuts off at 102°. It starts throttling around 95°. Max safe temp isnt 73°.

It shuts off at 102°. It starts throttling around 95° Yes, I derped . Max safe temp isnt 73°. Temperature when it can "degrade" the CPU: T_case= 72.72 ºC rated by intel, that's why I said ~73 ºC, but going to 75 ºC isn't a problem at all... 80 ºC I'd say

 

Tcase, is measured from the top of the heatspreader that's just measured for the TDP. The heatspreader runs obviously many degrees cooler than the cores. It just means nothing.
