Help with Bios settings

I can put the system together fine and get it running but when it come to bios, I'm pretty much clueless.

Note* The power supply listed was the closest pcpartpicker had. I have the exact one listed except its 635 watts and not 535.

I have put the system together, installed Windows, and have it running with default setting in bios.

It would be of great help if anyone could help me by telling me what settings need to be changed and set at. I would like to overclock the cpu to a goal of 4.4 to 4.6ghz. I have Intel burn test, OCCT, HWMonitor and Cpu-z all downloaded and installed. If there is any other information you need let me know and I will reply back.
