Critical Structure Corruption BSOD

Just got this on my PC. I wasn't running a software emulator (never have) just watching a stream. In fact I wasn't even on the computer. Is this a driver issue? Also idk if it's worth noting but before this happened my computer would skip the time in which you would could enter Bios to speed up boot speed (it did this on it's own) and now it doesn't.
