Hello, probably I will buy some new headphones soon, and I was thinking about wireless ones. I will connect them to my PC, comfort is my priority here. I want standard over-ears. MAX budget is about 800DKK (~140$), but the cheaper the better.

Could you please give me some suggestions? Thx.

PC in the signature. I will be playing some games, I want to hear my opponents in CS:GO in terms of gaming. I don't want them to be a gaming headset. I mostly listen to rock and metal.

I recommend grabbing a very long cable rather than wireless headphones. I have a pair and the novelty dies out after 6 months when you forget to charge them and the battery hardly holds a charge

proud owner of alienware 13 with graphic amplifier and also a alienware X51 gaming PC!!! really powerfulL!!

I mean, this is true, but sounds like OP already had his mind made up.

Anyway, I would go with the 2100 Corsair 'top dollar' headset

The is on par with the 1500's (which is like this but wired) and is almost the same toe to toe.

It's 10 dollar below your price point, but really if you want to go wireless, you need to buckle up and go to the 300 dollar price point. Even though people think it gives you less for your money (which is true).

The time you enjoy wasting, is not wasted time.

Corsairs? Meh, and they are above the budget - higher prices in Denmark here. What would you offer me in the wired market?

The case here is that my current headphones broke and Bitfenix support is so "fast" that I'm waiting and waiting... If they don't respond until I come back from vacation (2 months from the message) I will attempt to fix them myself, if I don't succeed, then I will need to buy myself something new.

Nothing beats Superlux for value.

http://www.amazon.de/Superlux-HD668B-Studio-Kopfh%C3%B6rer/dp/B003JOETX8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1404945789&sr=8-2&keywords=headphones+superlux

If you want a headset, then Qpad QH85 for open and QH90 for closed. They are both around 90 Euros

Oh wait that's germany Amazon...Well I think you should be able to find those or the Superlux 681 evo somewhere in Denmark. They shouldn't be too hard to find.

Hmm, ATH-TAD400 looks like a good wired option if you want an open pair.

HDR 170 if you reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllyyyyy want to try a wireless headphone. Edit: Sorry, wont work by itself. You need the base stand that comes with the "complete package" of the RS 170.

Except Koss

Is the HDR170 any different than the RS170? They headphones themselves look the same.

And sure. I've never really paid much attention to Koss.

I have no idea.... oh snap! Just looked it up and they're "replacements" or an "additional pair" to be used with the RS 170. http://en-us.sennheiser.com/hdr-170
