NZXT Phantom Questions

I bought an NZXT Phantom full tower case (PHAN-100BK) and theres a fan filter on top next to the included 200mm fan that I have no idea how to remove, does anyone know?

I did, it's screwed in by these weird things, idk what they are but I cant remove them.

what do they look like on the underside of the top panel? Like is there a bit of screw sticking out or is everything flush with the underside of the top panel?

It's these things with bendable pieces that stick out. I turn, press, push and pull but nothing.

I used to have the case but I kinda remember how to remove it. You have to push the pins from the bottom of the case.
