What is it you want to backup? Titanium backup is good for backing up apps and such, if you want to backup your whole stock OS or whatever then do it from your recovery (I assume you installed CWM or TWRP).

Unfortunatally there is no CWM or TWRP for Xperia L, i already stugled with TF300T ( Succesfully CM11 4.4.2 tho.) Which had all the official things , let alone flashing this Xperia L. I may have to rethink this...
