Need help choosing case.

I have an ASUS MAXIMUX VI HERO for my mobo and an i7 4770k and I was going to get a graphite 230t but then someone said I should get a mid atx case so I don't know whether to get a 300r,400r or 500r.

I was going to get a 500r but it calls it "Corsair Carbide 500R microATX Midi PC Tower Black"

Is this a mid tower?

My mobo isn't micro atx its atx.

I don't know if I sound stupid here but why is microATX included there?

Is it a mid tower case?
