So I went to update my display drivers and used ddu to uninstall my old ones and every time I try to install my new ones it says no supported hardware...I went to hardware manager and it's just recognizing my 780ti as Microsoft generic display adapter...wtf did I do?

did you download and install the nvidia official drivers?

 

download it from the nvidia.com website

 

try this program below to clear the registry of the old drivers before you install the latest GPU driver
