need help about internet speed connection

so my father is kinda annoying so i would want to explain to him that a very powerful computer wont need internet like 100 MBPS but he wont listen so i would really need the longest and the most specific answer that i could get it would be much appreciated as i don't have too much knowledge and these i focus on computer parts like the important ones,all i need is a very specific a very long explanation for my father to stop with these internet things,again will be appreciated.

From my own experience. Dont try tell him it doesn't need it, I know my Dad thought he was like 10x better and computers than me, so I just let him learn himself the hard way.  Because if he doesn't wanna listen to me, all I could do was just let him do it and learn for himself.  

 

Because eventually your dad will see a super fast computer will work just fine on a 10mb/s connection.
