Planetside 2 Ping problems

So let's just start off with this, I'm playing on a western server and living in Western Canada (Edmonton specifically) and I normally~80 ping on east servers. However lately I've been experiencing pings of about 150. Finding this irregular, I reinstalled my network drivers. Ok, fresh driver install, should be fine. Load up planetside 2 only to find that I now have a ping of 300! I honestly have no idea what's going on. My speedtest shows my net is fine, with my normal 21 local server ping, 15 Mb/s down and ~.5 Mb/s up.

 

Any help would be appreciated! 

 

IDK if this belongs in gaming or networking. Sorry :/

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)
