need some help with twitch.tv

all the time I try to watch a stream it lags like crazy.I have good internet 60 download and 5 upload.if you know what the problem is let me just need some help.(Also my inter provider is bright house )

Have you ever tried using speedtest.net to test your actual speed. Have you tried a different device as well. such as a laptop, desktop and tablet or is it just the one device you have on the network. my wife has a tablet that normally cuts out of watching streaming content where as all of the desktops and our laptops just stream with ease.

yea it does it with all of the other computers I have 2 laptops and it does it the same on them.also that is the speed I get when go to speedtest.net

Is it only Twitch? Have you tried other video sites? How is Youtube?
