For the past month google chrome takes about 20 sec to load a page / when I open it up.(I know that is not that long of a wait but I know when you open up a browser it should only take about 1-5 sec to load) I have A10 5800k and 7870 xt so not slow/old computer just want to know if you guys know what the problem.

you might try and delete the program and re-install. Check plugins running on it and make sure that your antivirus is up to date. check cookies and cached pages and clear it all out in settings as well. there could be many things slowing it down. I just guess and check with things like that. hopefully you find a fix quickly.

Yeah, use Ccleaner to delete all of those files Chrome has like cookies, cache, history, etc, you can also use Defraggler to defragment its system files. How do other web browsers perform for you? (Execpt for IE LOL) You can try Firefox, Opera, and some others to see if its only Chrome thats acting up.
