Dam intel igpu!

So i am trying to enable the igpu for my cpu in my bios and i could not find any where an option to enable my i gpu (it came disabled from dell)

 

i want to use quick sync to record some csgo and it would be awesome to get it working.

 

so where should i go to enable it, is it withn windows or do i have to do back into the bios of shit

are you able to get the BIOS from Dell website?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

There's normally an option like "multi-monitor" that should be enabled

sadly it Dell OEM mobo

 

chances are the BIOS is really locked
