Left Arrow Key Only Works Sometimes?

Hey guys, so I have new Corsair K70 Mechanical keyboard and it is awesome :D one problem though, the left arrow only sometimes works, I have to push it all the way down to 100% ensure that the key is registered. I have no idea why this is? Any solutions? I could take it back but it seems like something that could be fixed.
