Resident Evil:Revalations Plot hole?

Hey i just finished playing the demo for resident evil revalations and as i finished it i began to think about the Resident evil story. Now in a developer diary they said that this game takes place between resident evil 4 and 5 and features chirs redfield and jill valentine as partners however if i remember correctly *SPOILER ALERT* In resident evil 5 crhis and his new parter (Cant remember name) find jill after wesker had taken her over. In the story chris says the last time he saw her was at the mansion in RES 1...Am i missing somthing?
