Also a nice piece of advice, use TRIM, don't defragment your SSDs.

CCleaner is a great program to clean your internet history, recycle bin and other stuff as well. You can also use it to fix some registry problems, manage the programs that start on your Windows startup, uninstall programs and so on. There are some other features as well. For me CCleaner is a must on every PC.

CCleaner and Defragler for HDDs from Piriform. Advanced System Care from IObit. ASC free version gives basic cleaning but they have good offer for 1 year license once in a while. Currently I have 3 licenses for 1 year ~$25.

A duster??

Being serious, CCleaner and Defraggler, also go to your control panel and to uninstall programs, then sort it by install time descending, and look for programs you installed ages ago, that you probably havent used at all, just try and uninstall those. In CCleaner, look at the startups and disable ones you never use

Bleachbit for cleaning your computer. Puran Defrag for defragmentation. I do not recommend the default defragmenter that comes with Windows.
