Hi there, i plan on buying my whole watercooling equipment from xspc, but i read somewhere that their waterblocks are really bad , is it true?

Any experiences with them?

Have never used their water blocks. I recommend EK for water blocks. Their rads are good tho.

As far as their raystorm CPU waterblocks go, no they are great, just as good as anything from the competition (there pretty much is no real difference between the big name companies when it comes to cpu blocks). As far as GPU blocks I am unsure as I use 2 ekwb ones as they are low restriction and perform well - also I like their minimal looking aesthetics.

It is only the bay res/pump combo that they sell that has a bad rep as far as I am aware. Generally some people have had issues with them warping/leaking or the pump getting noisy over time (my pump did until I swapped to a tube res and d5 pump).

So yea I would recommend looking at one of their kits if you are just getting into liquid cooling as its a cheap platform to start with.

How about their Photon Reservoirs? (The tube ones) with a D5 vario preinstalled

I´m not saying I´m Batman, all I´m saying is nobody ever saw me and Batman in one room.

I have not used one myself but I have heard good things about the photon reservoirs, think there are a few people on the forums here that are happy with theirs. All d5 vario pumps are just rebrands of the same pump so doesnt matter which brand you buy.
