Bottleneck Question

I don't know a whole lot about intel CPU's, I just need to know which is more likely to hold back a system in gaming, an Intel i5 2320 or a GTX 650ti?

The gtx 650 ti will 'hold back' the system as the i5 can handle more powerful gpus.

650ti if you haven't bought it yet just get a 770.
