heh not much to say abaut it i love it. I cant hear it at all performance is great just love it.

 

Specs:

 

Intel core i7 4770k, 4,4GHz

Asus maximus VII Hero

Kingston HyperX Beast 2400MHz 2x4GB (buying another kit soon)

Asus r9 290x DC2T 4GD5 ( i wil be switching it with new amd flagship card comming soon 290XT or something :))

Samsung pro 256Gb ssd

WD black 1TB, HDD

Define r4 black edition with window

Cooler master v650 80+ gold semy modular

4x Noctua NF-A14 fans

1x Corsair red led quiet edition red led fan

 

 

I wanted a pc that would last me adleast a few years i hope it wil.

Monitor: Dell 2412M

Keyboard: RAZER ultimate stealth 2014 edition

Mouse: Gigabyte M8000X

Headsets: RAZER kraken 7.1

wow mause pad :D I wil buy  bigest one from corsair soon tho.

Very nice; don't get me wrong I'm not into your choice of aesthetics, but performance wise very nice.

what did i build wrong? maybie i should have taken nvidia 780ti and pay 150 extra eurs for 3% increse performance i wouldnt notice?

i'm not an asus fanboy, but i don't agree it's asus fault that the r9 290x is a hot card, it's just designed for perfomance,  so yeah that gets hot, any air cooler will perform about the same, if you want to deal with the head, go water cooling.

note: the gtx 480 was also a hot loud card

Not a bad system could use some cleaning up though... dem wires! Seems a little overkill for WoW @ 1080p though.

sapphire vaporx cooler brings it down to 78 degres from my 93 -.- sooooooo and i love asus they are my fav brand

clean up whats to clean i think i did good cable managment. it is 1200p and u wont belive me  on ultra in some situations i drop to 33 fps...

I was referring to the exposed wires under the sleeving. Didn't realize it was 1200p, still shouldn't drop that low but then again it is WoW lol.

Look at a 780, prices are reasonable now and they run much cooler. In SLI both GPUs idle around 28c overclocked.

Yah Asus used the 780cooler on it instead of designing something specific for it
