35% Gpu usage on Desktop ?

Hello There ,

 

I recently bought a new pc , I played games on it and it handled just fine . but when I opened Msi Afterburner it showed 35 % Gpu usage on the Desktop while doing nothing .

Is it normal or what ? 

Here's my specs .

 

Nvidea Gtx 780 At Stock clock speed

Intel Core i7 4770k At Stock clock speed

8 Gb hyper-x Ram 1600 Mhz

Msi z87 Gaming Motherboard

600 watt seasonic powersupply

1 tb Segate Baracuda

That's your temp, not usage. Also, unpin IE from the taskbar!

Why. I use IE as my second browser.

why not use Fire Fox or Opra they are much faster but chrome it the big daddy 

because firefox breaks all the time for me and opera requires downloading. ie is just there.
